First Blog Interview!

Feeling slightly excited that my very first blog interview is now posted by lovely Champagne author, Linda Kage here. Since this whole new world of online promotion, marketing, trailers and forums has opened up with my soon-to-be-published first novel, it's been quite a journey from my study and computer here in Scotland to cyberspace.

And that's the huge advantage with e-publishing - that instant connection with people around the world. I will always treasure my paper books, and want to hold a 'real' copy of my own Dangerous Deceit in my hands. But I also love my Kindle and appreciate the ease with which I can download new books - and others will be able to download mine (hopefully!). It has also made available wonderful novels I might otherwise never have known about.

As I look forward to my cyber launch in May, I'm grateful to other writers like Linda who take time to showcase new authors like me. Look out for other interviews soon!

I shall go and have a look right now! How exciting.

I am looking to get to grips with Kindle e-publishing v soon too, at least getting my MS formatted for Kindle. Best of luck for May and your cyber launch.

Thanks a lot! Champagne Books brings the novel out in e-book first, followed by print a few months later.
