Four Thousand Year-old Skeleton

Isn't history wonderful? We never know what's going to be uncovered next, especially in a country as old as Britain, and it's all grist to the mill of a historical fiction writer's research.

The latest find, in the Royal Burgh of Windsor, is a skeleton 4,400 years old believed to be from the Copper Age. The woman is partly adorned with gold jewellery and she is believed to have belonged to the upper classes.
