As with my readingandwriting blog, I've decided to take some time out from blogging here over the next two weeks. I reckon it's definitely time to step back and reflect, to decide what I want to do with this blog, and think about which direction my writing should be going in. I've become so distracted with all the social networking etc that I can hardly think about writing - and that's never going to get the next book published!
I'll be revamping my blogs and maybe changing the name of this one slightly to reflect a broader canvas. I'd like to start including regular snippets of history, not only around the Regency period, and perhaps a 'recommended reads' section for historicals. A regular Author Spotlight will be on my other blog.
Many thanks to all who already follow this blog. If anyone has any ideas of what they'd like to see on it in future, please feel free to leave a suggestion!
In the meantime, have a good summer and I'll see you here at the end of the month/beginning of August.

You definitey lose writing time when you put in so much effort into social networking. Then again, if you don't get out and mingle, less people hear of your stories. So, it's always a tough call.
Looking forward to the revamps. History snippets sounds great to me. I learning learning little bits of interesting facts here and there.
