Delighted to see that my article on Lord Byron is on the History Undressed Blog! I've long been fascinated by the man who was bad, mad and dangerous to know, and have written about him before. I even gave him a walk-on part in Dangerous Deceit.

Byron is fascinating, and it's easy to understand why he was the celebrity of his time.
ReplyDeleteI have all his poems in three hardback volumes which I bought in a second-hand bookshop in York thirty years ago. :-)
Oh, how lovely, Carol! There's just something about him.
ReplyDeleteGreat article on Byron. Sometime in the future I'd like to read up on him. (No time for reading now. Too much writing to do.)
ReplyDeleteMy first introduction to Lord Byron was from you in your novel, Dangerous Deceit. I must check out that article.... on my way!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Anne - I'm sure you'll enjoy reading more!
ReplyDeleteHe was quite a lad, Diane!
